The Dentist

This is Xavier's story:

Xavier had broken a tooth about 8 yrs ago in chicago. Last week, whoops, the repair on the broken tooth broke off... so he found a dentist somehow in Casablanca. While he was at the dentist's office, he thought he also had a cavity. So, the dentist said, "no problem." He charged 400 dhm (general MD costs 120 dhm.)

The dentist said to Xavier, "you don't need any novocaine," and just proceeded to drill into his tooth. Xavier said he was jumping all over the place. Then the dentist said, I'm not going to fill your tooth because the filling will just fall out anyway, so there's no point. Then, Xavier said, "what about my broken tooth?"

In response, the dentist said, "yeah, I'll file it down a little for you, but I can't do anything because at any rate it won't hold, just like your last patch." However, the last patch lasted 8 yrs.

Xavier was pretty upset when he got home. He said he's never going to another dentist in Morocco, he'll wait and come back to France to go to the dentist.
